Updated rules for 2007

The ownership of FFLUM has adopted a number of new rules changes to the league constitution for the 2007 season. These are viewable by clicking the "constitution" link on the right side of the page. Key changes include:

A home-field adantage of 7 points.
Shortening the trade review and waiver periods from 48 to 24 hours.
Modifying the waiver priority list to not reset based on weekly standings.
Home team wins tiebreaker in any tied game.
Following year's draft order to be based solely on postseason results (to begin with 2007 postseason).

The list of players available for the expansion draft will be published after April 1. More to come after that!
